Hattiesburg re-applying for Brownfields grant for landfill clean up

The City of Hattiesburg is hoping the second time's the charm when it comes
to getting a much-needed federal grant to clean up an old landfill site.
The city wants a $200,000 EPA Brownfields grant to clean up about 10 acres
of city-owned land along the Leaf River east of Chain Park.
