Cummins: Invest in federal trust lands

The recent efforts in Washington, D.C., to transfer federal trust
lands to states, or otherwise buy or sell these lands, has certainly
made the news lately. In Mississippi, we have problems when access
to federal lands is eliminated, such as the lands in Yazoo County,
which Sens. Thad Cochran and Roger Wicker were able to resolve last
year.
