Rez officials vote for trash bucket requirement

With a continuing problem of litter at the Barnett Reservoir spillway and other banks of the lake, the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District has voted in favor of requiring all anglers fishing from the banks carry a dedicated trash receptacle or possibly face fines.
