The Mississippi Permit Board voted unanimously to deny the request of Gold Coast Commodities to delay an evidentiary hearing scheduled for next month that will reconsider whether to reauthorize a wastewater permit revoked in November.

BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) - The Coast Guard wants to give all recreational boat owners a heads up about a new requirement that starts April 1, 2021. Boats less than 26-feet in length will be required to use an engine cut-off switch (ECOS) and associated ECOS link (ECOSL).
