MDEQ hosted the agency's first ever America Recycles Day event on November 15 in Jackson. MDEQ, along with many local partners, used the event to promote the benefits of recycling and provide information on how to set up recycling programs. Numerous booths and exhibits explained the environmental and economic benefits of recycling in fun and educational ways.
