New judge assigned to manslaughter case against 2 BP supervisors charged in
deadly rig blast

NEW ORLEANS — A new judge was assigned Wednesday to the case against two BP
supervisors charged in the deaths of 11 workers aboard the Deepwater
Horizon drilling rig in 2010, after the previous judge disclosed his wife
owns stock in one of the contractors.

The Cleveland Board of Aldermen approved the request of Brett Moorman,
director of the city's Department of Community Development, Tuesday to make
a budget amendment in the amount of $3,000 to start a local recycling
program.

BILOXI, Mississippi -- The state of Mississippi is going to release

cultured red snapper fingerlings Thursday in offshore waters on an

artificial reef about two miles south of Horn Island.
