Transocean CEO testifies about safety culture leading to BP oil spill

The head of Transocean Ltd., which leased its Deepwater Horizon drilling

rig and supplied its crew to BP to drill the ill-fated Macondo well,

testified Tuesday that the rig's crew members "should have done more" to

recognize problem signs pointing to a potential blowout during drilling and

ordered the operation shut down.
