Kemper Co. power plant price rises again

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) -The cost to build the Kemper County power plant just
keeps going up. Friday, Mississippi Power let the Public Service Commission
know it will cost another $25 million to finish building the lignite plant.
And the company admits in its monthly report that figure could go up
another $50 million before construction is completed.
