PASCAGOULA, Mississippi - Post-Isaac debris on beaches and barrier islands in Mississippi are hampering BP's ability to determine if the storm stirred up additional materials from the 2010 BP Deepwater Horizon Gulf oil spill, Mike Utsler, president of BP America's Gulf Coast Restoration Organization, said during a press conference this afternoon.
