Shrimp catch still poor as season resumes

The $18.7 billion settlement over the BP oil spill could be the catalyst
needed to turn southeast Louisiana into a coastal restoration and water
management hub. The region needs a better-educated workforce and more
investment capital in order to build an industry that can continue to grow
once oil spill funds dry up.
